Cooperation
We cooperate with our clients by determining the company’s individual needs and adapting to each client’s requested cooperation principles.
ACCOUNTING OUTSOURCING
MAIN GUIDELINES / PRINCIPLES
01
Outsourced accountant works only based on documents provided by the client and does not prepare the original documents. We make sure to check the documents, process them and post the transactions in our accounting program
02
Cooperation form is usually talked through in the agreement, deciding on the order in which the documents are submitted monthly – deadlines, submission of either document originals or electronically prepared, depending on company’s individual situation
03
Documents are being kept by either the outsourcing accountant or by the client. If client submits documents electronically, client makes sure to keep the original documents available when needed
04
The accountant checks the source documents, makes records in the accounting program, informs client about any missing documents, and, if needed, corrections to be made
05
The accountant prepares and/or submits tax reports to SRS
06
The accountant responds to client’s daily accounting questions, prepares salary calculations, informs about upcoming tax payments and their dates etc.
07
One of our goals – to ensure the safety and confidentiality of the data submitted by our clients
